  3. Choose between account deactivation (temporary, reversible within 30 days) or permanent deletion.
  4. Permanent deletion removes all data - profile, photos, messages, match history, and preferences - within 14 business days.

CCPA Compliance and California Residents

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights. You can request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom data has been shared.

You also have the right to opt out of the "sale" of personal information - though FreeOnlineDatingUSA does not sell personal data in any circumstance.
